Hi! I’m Charlotte Harris - I’m 23 years old & I run my own business ‘Charlotte Harris Equine & Shepherdess Services’ alongside working on our family’s sheep farm in Strathaven, South Lanarkshire.

I’m incredibly lucky I get to do what I love as my job, working with my dogs everyday has to be the highlight of it for me, I simply couldn’t do what I do without them.

Being a female in agriculture can be lonely at times, especially in an industry like ours where a lot of our working days are spent working solo.

Women In Agriculture Scotland bridges that ‘gap’ providing fantastic networking opportunities for the hard working female farmers of Scotland to come together to network, support & inspire anyone to feel welcomed in to the industry.

I am incredibly proud to be a member, and will support them in anyway I can.
