Hi! I’m Charlotte Harris - I’m 23 years old & I run my own business ‘Charlotte Harris Equine & Shepherdess Services’ alongside working on our family’s sheep farm in Strathaven, South Lanarkshire.

I’m finally home after an incredible trip to London for the National Women in Agriculture Awards and I’m still feeling inspired by the experience.

As we bring the 2026 International Women’s Day celebrations to a close, we want to shine a light on the incredible women who make up our voluntary committee board.
